Diana has always felt that her calling is to be a help-mate for her husband, supporting him in the pastoral work God has prepared for him to do. In 1996, she “retired” from management and administrative work to be a homemaker and homeschool their children. She has also used her gifts and training to serve in public ministry in a variety of ways, including directing Vacation Bible School; administrating AWANA programs at their first church; developing children’s ministry programs & curriculum in their church plant; and forming a homeschool co-op with a group of friends.

Diana works part-time remotely for food services in their public school district. She also uses her gifts of administration and serving to support Pastoral Training in the Global Equipping Division of Reach Global.  She accompanies Steve on Pathways trips to train women as family, finances, & work commitments allow.
